Cooee is dedicated to ensuring that all our clients and staff are able to feel safe and supported whilst at our clinic.

As a part of our commitment to this Cooee will collect information related to any additional supports that might be required by our clients in the case of an emergency.

As a part of our Intake and Goal Review processes Cooee will gather information directly related to any particular risks or needs that clients may have that might require additional supports. If any risks or supports are identified Cooee will create a personal Emergency Action Plan with clients that help our staff understand the support needs that are identified and how the team can go about putting those supports in place in the case of emergency.  This information will be stored securely according to our privacy policy.
