Her areas of interest include working with complex clients who have complex needs. These needs include literacy, stuttering, Speech Sound Disorders, social communication and language disorders. She loves working with families and other members of the team because she believes that this helps achieve functional outcomes via collaboration.

Sharlet has also completed training in Multilingual Communication Development for Children, Autism in Preschool Aged Students, and IAHA cultural responsiveness training.
